District 13 says Goodbye to 2017-2018 District Director Distinguished Toastmaster, Francine Milligan
It is with a heavy heart that we share the sad news that Distinguished Toastmaster and District Director, Francine Milligan, passed away November 6, 2017.
Francine has been a cherished member of our District 13 family since July 2002, and has given so much to our District 13 community. She also got a lot of support from you: your love, hugs, smiles, and kind words of encouragement.
One of the things that delighted Francine was watching her fellow Toastmasters grow to become better communicators and leaders. That is why Francine chose “Members Matter Most” as the theme for this Toastmasters year.
In her own words, “It is the member who makes the organization what it is today; by focusing on the member and meeting the member’s needs, the organization will not only survive but thrive!!”
Although our friend Francine has departed, her courage and dedication to excellence will always serve as an example of true TRIPLE CROWN Leadership: Magnificent, Miracle, Motivator!
Our deepest sympathy and condolences to Francine’s family and loved ones.
Your Servant Toastmaster Leader!
