Club Growth Incentives

Hat Trick
Members who provide a contact name to the Club Extension Chair or Club Growth Director which leads to a “Kickoff meeting” and charters July-September

New Club Sponsor
Member sponsoring a new club and works with the Club Extension Chair or Club Growth Director that charters

New Club PRIDE
Any new club which charters between July 1-June 30 will receive a personalized club banner with their club name on it

Kick It!
Member who provides a contact name to the Club Extension Chair or Club Growth Director which leads to a “Kickoff meeting”

Charter Champion
Member with most leads to chartered clubs

Division Growth Spurt
Division that charters a new club in every Area in their Division

If You Build It, They Will Come
Create or substantially refresh your club website; must include five or more Meet Our Members profiles with “I” stories.

Lend a Helping Hand
Mentor a new chartered club during their first year

Home for the Holidays Open House
Hold an Open House (must be listed on District website calendar)

Membership Retention/Membership Growth Incentives

Striving to Be Distinguished
Each club with a membership base of 12 or less that requests a Club Coach and becomes Distinguished or better

Open House Showcase
The top three Clubs who recruit the most new members by hosting an Open House (must be listed on District website calendar)

Club Coach Success
Any club coach whose assigned club becomes Distinguished or better

On the Road to Club Success
Club officers complete and submit to Club Growth Director 1) Club Success Plan and 2) Club Mentoring Plan for new members by October 15

Early Bird Gets the Worm
Early dues renewals (Round 1 and 2) at or above July 1st member base

Serve as a Club Advocate
Serve as a club advocate (clubs with 13 to 19 members) and lead the club to Distinguished or better

Area On Fire
Area Directors that have 100% dues renewals (Round 1 and 2) for all clubs in their Area

New Member Take-Off
Establish an Inducting Ceremony for new members and a Club Mentor Program to ensure that new members are successful in Toastmasters.
