The following posters were designed to be used by clubs within District 13. By clicking on the image of each poster, you will be able to download a file in Microsoft Publisher format. You’ll be able to enter in the name of your club along with the meeting dates, times and location and email address. It is easiest to use the search and replace function to change the name and enter in you club email address. Feel free to change the wording if you wish. Each of these posters is designed to be printed on 8 1/2 x 14 paper and the bottom tabs can be cut apart for easy “tear off” by individuals interested in the Toastmasters program.
If you do not have access to MS Publisher to make the necessary changes, please email the following information: Club Name; Meeting Dates & Time; Location (including full address); and your Club Email Address, to Rick Ley, District 13 Public Relations Officer at d13pro@d13tm.com and he will make the necessary changes and email back a PDF file of the poster or posters of your choice so they can be printed on any color laser or ink jet printer.
